The forum works because runners look out for each other. Every new post gets an automatic check, and anything that looks off waits for a moderator.

   Be kind

   Disagree about shoes, pacing, or anything else. Just do it like you'd talk to someone at the start line.

   No harassment, hate, or threats

   No bullying, slurs, or attacks on anyone for who they are. No threats, ever.

   No spam or scams

   No sales pitches, crypto, or link dumps. Local shops and clubs sharing real runs are welcome.

   No doxxing

   Never post someone else's address, phone, workplace, or private details. Keep your own private too.

   Nothing explicit

   Flirting on Love on the Run is fine. Sexual content is not.

   18+ for Love on the Run

   The dating board is for adults only. You'll be asked to confirm your age before you can see it.

   Report anything off

   Use the Report button on any post. A real person reads every report.

Break these and your posts come down. Repeat or serious cases get blocked from posting.
